Songs of Hope

Excited to share that Songs of Hope will be launching at  Tête à Tête: The Opera Festival London with the premier, on 29th August 2023 (save the date). I will be hosting an audio walk using echoes xyz software to download for free in advance. Songs featuring Gweneth Ann Rand and Allyson Devenish, with words by Oge Nwosu, Ahed Al Hamwi, Katie Colombus, Teresa Howard and music by me. The audio can only in heard within the GPS locations, and listeners will be guided through the walk, and how to use the device on the day – bring your own mobile phone and headphones ! This will also be a chance to meet and talk about the project.

museum of ecoacoustic phenomena

It was great to perform at this event at the Bournemouth Natural Science Museum on Sunday 5th May 2019. It was part of BEAF and a great way to try out new material for cello and live electronics using ableton live. It was also amazing to hear such varied work, much inspired by the environmental sounds around us, check out more information at DIVA contemporary webpage : https://divacontemporary.org.uk/audio/the-museum-of-ecoacoustic-phenomena/ and BU research blog: https://blogs.bournemouth.ac.uk/research/2019/05/03/museum-of-ecoacoustic-phenomena-at-bournemouth-emerging-arts-fringe/
